Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required via phone or message before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• PKZON Fulfilled Products: 2–4 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional access limitations.

Delivery Coverage

PKZON delivers across Pakistan where courier services are available.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, PKZON reserves the right to cancel future COD orders from the same customer.
