RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

General Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • Is unused

  • Is in original packaging

  • Has no physical damage

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:

  • Hygiene and personal care products

  • Portable bidets

  • Batteries and power cells

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

Refund Method

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method. COD refunds, where approved, are processed via bank transfer.
