Q: Why is an unboxing video required for damage claims?
An unboxing video is required because it protects both you and PKZON. Without video evidence, it is impossible to determine whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery. Q: Can I charge my MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with a power bank?
Yes — but only with a power bank that has a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) port of at least 60W. The DunVera Bolt X delivers 100W via USB-C, which charges both MacBook Pro and MacBook Air at full rated speed — identical to a wall socket.
MacBook Air requires at least 30W to charge. MacBook Pro (14-inch and 16-inch) requires 96–140W for maximum charging speed, though a 100W power bank will still charge it effectively at the maximum rate the power bank can deliver.
Do not use power banks with only USB-A ports for laptops — USB-A does not support laptop-grade PD charging.
Q: What is GaN technology and why does it matter?
GaN stands for Gallium Nitride — a semiconductor material that replaces traditional silicon in charger circuits. GaN chargers have three major advantages over standard chargers:

Q: What does PD (Power Delivery) mean?
Power Delivery (PD) is a USB charging standard that allows much higher power levels than standard USB — enabling fast charging for laptops, tablets, and phones through a USB-C port.
With standard USB charging, you get 5–18W. With USB-C PD, you can get up to 100W or even 240W with the newer PD 3.1 standard. This is why a 100W PD port can charge a MacBook Pro at full speed, while a regular USB port cannot charge a laptop at all.
All USB-C ports are not equal — look for the wattage rating. A USB-C port rated at 5W will charge your MacBook very slowly. A port rated at 100W will charge it as fast as the wall socket.
