PKZON — Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy

SECTION 01 — EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At PKZON, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. We want this process to be simple and stress-free.
Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and must not show any physical damage caused by the customer. Lightly used products are acceptable for return provided all original accessories and packaging are intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email. Our team will guide you through the process step by step.
Conditions for a valid return:
- Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging intact with all included accessories
- Product not physically damaged by the customer
- Unboxing video available as proof (required for damage claims)
Return Shipping & Refund The cost of returning the product to our warehouse is at the customer's expense. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund — including the full product amount plus your return shipping charges — within 2–3 working days.
SECTION 02 — PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold on PKZON are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by brand and product — please check the individual product page for the exact warranty period applicable to your purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or physical damage by the customer.
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.
SECTION 03 — WARRANTY DURATION BY BRAND
Warranty duration differs across the brands and products we carry. Below is the warranty structure for PKZON products:

Important Note: Always check the individual product page for the exact warranty duration before purchasing. For DunVera products, PKZON acts as the exclusive authorized importer and warranty service centre in Pakistan — you do not need to contact DunVera USA directly.
SECTION 04 — DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
Every product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our warehouse. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit. To protect you in such situations, PKZON has a clear damaged product policy — please read this carefully before unboxing any delivery.
⚠ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: You must record a video while unboxing your delivery. This is a non-negotiable requirement for any damage claim. Without unboxing video proof, PKZON is unable to process a damage-related refund or exchange, regardless of the situation.
If your product arrives damaged and you have the unboxing video, follow these steps:
- Stop unboxing and record the damage clearly on video
- Contact our customer support team immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Share the unboxing video and your order details with our team
- Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, we will process a replacement or full refund within 2–3 working days
Valid damage claims are resolved within 2–3 working days of us receiving the returned product. You will receive either a full replacement unit or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
SECTION 05 — NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The customer has violated PKZON's terms of service
- No unboxing video is available as proof of damage (for damage claims)
- The product shows signs of use, tampering, or physical damage caused by the customer
- The return request is submitted after the 7-day return window has expired
- Original packaging or accessories are missing or damaged by the customer
- The product has been repaired, modified, or opened by an unauthorised party
Before You Buy: If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us on WhatsApp. We would rather answer your questions upfront than have you in a situation where a refund is not possible.
SECTION 06 — REFUND PROCESS
Our refund process is straightforward. Follow the steps below and our team will handle everything as quickly as possible.
Step 1 — Submit Your Refund Request Contact our team via WhatsApp at +92 310 812 0406 or email info@pkzon.com. Describe the issue clearly and attach photos or a video of the product problem. Include your order number.
Step 2 — Review & Approval Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection as soon as possible. For straightforward cases, this typically takes less than 24 hours on business days.
Step 3 — Return the Product If approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, which will be reimbursed in your final refund.
Step 4 — Refund Payment Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued within 2–3 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method — bank transfer or card. For cash-on-delivery orders, a bank transfer is arranged after we confirm your bank details.
Step 5 — Order Cancellation Need to cancel an order? Contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the shipment is dispatched. Once a product is out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled — you will need to accept it and initiate a return if required.
