Terms & Conditions – FlowVera Portable Electric Bidet

(For PKZON Pakistan)

1. Product Description & Intended Use

FlowVera is a portable electric bidet sprayer designed for personal hygiene and cleaning purposes during travel or daily use.

  • This product is not a medical device.

  • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Use is strictly external only.

If someone tries to turn it into a medical miracle, that’s on them, not you.

2. Usage Responsibility

  • Users must follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

  • Improper use, modification, or use with incompatible chargers/accessories voids all warranty.

  • Keep out of reach of children unless supervised by an adult.

Translation: misuse = zero sympathy.

3. Power, Charging & Safety

  • Recharge only using recommended voltage and certified chargers.

  • Do not use while charging.

  • Do not immerse the device in water beyond the stated waterproof rating.

  • Do not expose to extreme heat, fire, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

If someone fries it with a cheap charger, that’s not a defect, that’s negligence.

4. Hygiene & Returns Policy (Critical)

Due to personal hygiene nature of the product:

  • Opened, used, or water-contacted units are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is unused

    • Seal is intact

    • Original packaging is undamaged

This clause is non-negotiable. Hygiene products don’t get “trial periods.”

5. Warranty Policy

  • FlowVera comes with a limited 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Water damage beyond rated protection

    • Physical damage, drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

    • Battery degradation over time

Warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase from PKZON of DARAZ

  • Product inspection approval

6. Battery Disclaimer

  • Rechargeable batteries have a finite lifespan.

  • Battery performance may degrade over time and usage cycles.

  • Battery replacement due to normal degradation is not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

PKZON and FlowVer shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or discomfort due to personal conditions

8. Authenticity & Seller Declaration

  • PKZON is the authorized distributor/seller/importer FlowVer by DunVera in Pakistan.

  • Any product purchased outside PKZON is not covered under PKZON warranty or support.

  • VeraFlow specs and designs are administrated by DunVera LLC, USA. 

  • Sales, distribution, and warranty for Pakistan are handled by PKZON 

  • Available in Pakistan via PKZON & authorized marketplaces.

9. Images, Descriptions & Variations

  • Product images are for illustration purposes.

  • Minor variations in color, packaging, or accessories may occur without prior notice.

10. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Stock availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing FlowVera from PKZON, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
